Next Friday 20 March, coinciding with the International Day of Happiness, Dámaris Fernández facilitates a very special gathering in Oviedo: Oviedo Mágico, a group experience focused on connection, calm and shared wellbeing.
The proposal invites you to pause from the daily routine and enter a caring, evocative space where music, presence and group dynamics foster deep relaxation and openness to states of serenity and inner enjoyment.
The gathering takes place at Salt Room Oviedo, a unique space that helps create an atmosphere of tranquillity and retreat, conducive to living the experience.
Dámaris Fernández has been developing wellbeing and body awareness activities for years, and has previously facilitated proposals at Centro Social Los Lugg, where her close and sensitive accompaniment has been greatly appreciated by participants.
